To access certain features, such as messaging or listing rentals, you may need to create an account.

When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information.
• Keep your login details confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree to use Eyawa responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• List illegal, unsafe, or restricted rental items.
• Impersonate others or use fake identities.
• Spam users with irrelevant messages.
• Engage in fraud, scams, or any unlawful act.

You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, safety, and quality of any rental or service before making payment. We recommend meeting vendors in safe, public places during the day and exercising caution at all times.

Vendors are fully responsible for their listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

You agree to:

• Ensure all posted content is accurate and lawful.
• Remove unavailable or expired listings promptly.
• Avoid using copyrighted or misleading images.

By posting on Eyawa.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and related channels.

Most features on Eyawa.com are free to use. However, we may offer optional paid or premium features (such as sponsored listings or highlighted ads).

• All fees and accepted payment methods will be displayed clearly before purchase.
• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by Nigerian law.
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing and features at any time.

Eyawa.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The reliability or accuracy of user content;
• The performance or availability of the Platform;
• The outcome of any transactions between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyawa Technologies Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Eyawa.com.

If liability is ever established, it shall not exceed ₦50,000 or the total amount you paid to Eyawa (if any) within six months before the issue arose.

All trademarks, logos, and designs appearing on Eyawa.com are the property of Eyawa Technologies Limited or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your uploaded content remains yours, but you grant Eyawa a license to use it as necessary for platform functionality and promotion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute or claim shall be settled through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, conducted in English.
